Poondoo (With Rice)

Part TWO of the What We Eat, Live! Series. This is poondoo -- a
spinach-like green leafy veggie that reminds Adam a lot of Saag
(Palak). It's pretty yummy, but sometimes it causes unfortunate
poondoorea too!
